Briefly: Salt River flows at 20% of historic norms

According to 12 News, water flows in the upper Salt River measured at a paltry 130 cubic feet per second on Monday, a total that is just 20% of the average on this date. This puts Arizona on pace for the second driest winter ever recorded.
