Briefly: New Mexico, Texas, Colorado reach new tentative deal on Rio Grande

Source New Mexico reports that New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and the United States have a reached a four-part agreement addressing irrigation concerns and groundwater pumping and the impact on the Rio Grande. A hearing on the proposal is set for Sept. 29 in Philadelphia.
