Briefly: New “waterless” data center in Cheyenne breaks ground

Wyoming’s Oil City News reports that construction has begun on a $1.2 billion data center in Cheyenne which promises to operate in a nearly water-free way. A wave of new data center construction across the West is causing concern because many are heavy water users.
