1011 Now reports that Nebraska is intensifying its legal efforts to pave the way for the Perkins County Canal. On October 29, Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers requested that the U.S. Supreme Court dismiss Colorado’s efforts to delay the dispute between the two states over the South Platte Compact.
