Nebraska Public Media reports that Nebraska officials announced on Wednesday, July 16, that they had filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court against Colorado to enforce the South Platte River Compact. Nebraska officials say that Colorado is threatening their state’s South Platte water supply.
