According to the Arizona Republic, the recent Colorado River Water Users Association met last week in Nevada and discussed the Northeastern Arizona Indian Water Rights Settlement Act. This act would ratify an agreement reached after nearly six decades of negotiation and litigation over portions of the Colorado and Little Colorado rivers and groundwater. However, not all representatives are in agreement.
