According to KJZZ Phoenix, Arizona Republicans passed a resolution Wednesday asserting that they believe executive rule changes on water requirements for development are illegal. The state recently adopted changes to allow for development in Phoenix despite groundwater depletion. Republicans oppose these changes and debate continues.
