Briefly: Small Utah towns, short on water, experiment with reuse

Utah’s Fox 13 News reports that the state’s small towns are increasingly being pushed to experiment with new technologies that will allow them to reuse water rather than looking for new supplies, such as the drought-strapped Colorado River. The news comes as a recent survey indicates just 35% of Utah cities have water conservation rules in place.
